Feed growing kittens 2-3 times the amount recommended for the expected adult weight, in 3 meals per day until 6 months of age, then twice daily until 12 months. Pregnant or lactating females should have food available throughout the day, so split their total daily amount into several meals. Feed pregnant females 1.5 times the amount shown for their non-pregnant weight. Feed lactating females up to three times the amount shown for their non-pregnant weight.
